I have been creating and crafting since I was about 9 years old. I mostly do card making or the occasional page kit or odd ball craft.
I just love to make things with my hands and see what beautiful things come about from it. One of my favorite projects I ever did was these clipboards that I put cardstock and patterned paper on and designed with a notepad on one half and cork board on the bottom with pins I covered in embossing powder to color them. I made several of them and either sold or gave them away. They were such fun to make.
I recently also got into crocheting and sewing but paper crafts will always have a special place in my heart.

I was born and raised in Arizona. I started crafting sometime around 2008. I started out just making small projects or going to classes with my Mom. I then ventured into scrapbooking and made 2 scrapbooks throughout my high school years.
I have been with my high school sweetheart for almost 13 years and we have 3 fur children, Sadie, Diesel and Stormy. I like dogs, movies, puzzles, the outdoors, and cars. I am also in a car club with my boyfriend. We often attend car shows or take “cruises” with the club to explore Arizona and our surrounding states.
My favorite projects are scrapbook layouts and cards, but I also do vinyl and a variety of other projects.

I started crafting after meeting my best friend Terry through her husband in 2006. I absolutely love all types of paper crafting: card making, scrapbooking, treat boxes, etc. I started selling Close to My Heart in 2017 and teach monthly classes at my home in Mesa.
I was born and raised in Arizona and have been married to my husband for almost 30 years. We have 4 beautiful daughters. I’m a farm girl at heart and can’t resist buying the cow and chicken papers, stamps, and dies.
When the opportunity arose to host crafting retreats by partnering with my daughters, there was no chance of saying no. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and sharing this passion.
